With 10+ years in the fitness industry, Taylor started her career as a Strength & Conditioning Coach working with youth athletes before transitioning into personal training, boutique fitness, and functional health coaching. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning and is the founder of an online functional health coaching business.
Taylorās goal as a coach is to brighten your day, help you move safely and confidently, and support you in achieving your goals. Her coaching style? A nurturing drill sergean⦠equal parts encouragement, accountability, and tough love.

Youāll likely find her grabbing a matcha at Perryās Porch, walking the Vinoy waterfront with her pup Mylo in search of dolphins, or catching a sunset at Upham Beach. šµš¶š
WHY ST PETE?
While visiting a friend, Taylor was walking down Central Avenue and had a thought: āI have to live here.ā Three months later, she sold all her furniture and moved to downtown St. Pete. š“
What she loves most is the energy of the city⦠the people, the wellness culture, the entrepreneurs chasing big dreams, and the year-round outdoor lifestyle. Five years later, she still couldnāt imagine calling anywhere else home.
