If they’re asking about a Chinese carbon bicycle brand X LAB

“The quality of Chinese carbon has improved tremendously over the last 10 to 15 years. Many of the world’s biggest bicycle brands manufacture frames in China and Taiwan, often in the same factories that produce premium bikes. The key difference is quality control, engineering, testing, warranty support, and customer service. I always recommend buying from a company with a proven track record, good dealer support, and a solid warranty rather than focusing only on where it’s manufactured.”

But again, I don’t see a future with these bikes at the price that they’re asking!!!!

If you’re being asked specifically whether you would ride one:

“I’d evaluate the bike on its design, testing, warranty, and support network—not just the country of origin. There are excellent carbon frames coming from Asia today, but there are also lower-quality products. Doing your homework on the manufacturer is important.”

This is my personal professional and objective, especially since I work with multiple bicycle brands and dealers and their feedback.
