As we embark on a new journey, I want to take a moment to reflect on what an incredible ride this has been.
It has truly been an honor and a privilege to coach all of the young athletes who have come through our program over the years. What started as just one team grew into 9–10 teams, creating countless memories, friendships, and opportunities for so many players and families.
As I step down from coaching travel baseball to focus on high school baseball, I do so with immense pride in what we’ve built together. More importantly, I do so with complete confidence that the program remains as strong as ever. We have outstanding managers and leaders in place who are committed to continuing the tradition of excellence, development, and family that has always defined our organization.
To all of the players, parents, coaches, volunteers, and supporters who have been part of this journey—thank you. Your dedication, trust, and passion have made this program what it is today.
While I won’t head coach of a RR a team !I still look forward to leading the program and watching the program continue to grow and succeed for years to come.
Thank you all for being a part of this amazing journey, and thank you for continuing to support the Rough Rider family.
