If your hamstrings always feel tight, it might not just be a flexibility issue, it could be an activation issue too.

Try keeping one leg back, flexing through the leg, and actively engaging your hamstring as you move. Focus on slow, controlled movement and breathing through each rep.

When you activate the muscle before stretching it, you can improve mobility, increase body awareness, and help those hamstrings move the way they’re meant to.
