This before and after was made by Isaiah Lowe | Fat Loss Coach and it stopped me in my tracks! The picture on the left was 2020 right before the pandemic and the picture on the right was last week! I’ll say it until I’m dead and gone, anything is possible and you never stop believing in yourself!! This journey has been filled with so many ups and so many more downs but this is definitely a high! When you feel your lowest just look at this as motivation to realize if I can do this so can you!! Just give yourself love, compassion and patience because you deserve to be happy!! Never stop fighting for the life you deserve!! Tears will be shed today but happy and prideful tears lol!
