With summer heat settling in, we’ve been giving the trout a well-earned break.

My good friend Jordon Tilden made the trip from the shores of Lake Ontario to test his skills on some rising fish—and we made it happen. After waiting all winter to headhunt some buttery browns, he showed up ready. The bugs were out heavy , the fish were present and the stoke was high. Great day on the water, even better company. Tight lines and good times.🪰🎣🌊

Things to look out for in 2025 !
Possible night time mousing for big browns and When the dog days of summer hit late june/ early july and the water becomes too warm to ethically target trout, we switch our focus on the cool waters of the Adirondack back country on foot pursuit of beautiful Smallmouth bass on ultra light gear . ⛰️🌲
