✨ TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: Dani Tellez✨
When asked what made her start Burn, she said:
“My friends Chelsea Price and Ashley Cutler kept talking about it, but I ultimately decided when I was 6 months postpartum with my twins that I needed to do something for my mental health.”
What keeps her coming back?
💙 “The people. I love all the friends I have made at Burn and brought to Burn.”
The biggest change she’s noticed?
💪 “The biggest change I’ve noticed is the mental clarity. Even on the busiest days, getting a workout in helps me stay focused and more clear-headed throughout the day.”
For anyone thinking about starting Burn:
✨ “Just go for it, even if you feel out of shape or nervous to start. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but everyone starts somewhere and the community makes a huge difference. You don’t have to be perfect or go all in right away — just showing up consistently really adds up.”
Her favorite protocol?
🔥 “Leg day because that’s when I feel the strongest. I love being able to push myself, lift heavier, and leave feeling confident and energized.”
Her proudest Burn moment?
🏆 “Competing in the Level Up Games. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and proved to me that I’m capable of doing hard things, both mentally and physically.”
And right now, she’s focused on:
💪 Building more upper body strength and improving endurance on conditioning days. “I’ve already noticed progress, and that keeps me motivated to keep showing up.”
