St. Cloud Friends — some updates for upcoming Friday classes:

Debbie will be covering August 21 while I’m away teaching at voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort 🏖️

NO Classes August 28 & September 4 while the Community Center has the floors redone.

No class September 25 as myself and Debbie will be away at Voco Sandpiper Resort.

A friendly reminder — there will be NO Tuesday evening classes for the month due to heat/weather at the “beach” ⛈️

Also! I will be teaching with FVE Fitness Vacation Exchange at voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort the week of August 16-23 — all regular classes will be covered by amazing instructor friends! Please go support them!!
OR come join me at the beach in Port St. Lucie!! It’s only 2 hours from St. Cloud and a FULL ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT. The best part? I can handle the whole booking process! All you have to do is show up and RELAX 🏖️
