Hey family
So it’s been a little over a year since my pastor Jeffery Williams held me accountable to walk at least 30 mins a day as a time to reflect and meditate.

Well My My My here’s my stats to date:

1)First and foremost a MUCH better walk and relationship with God.
2) Overall healthier and in much better shape.
3) Ability to handle more physical and mental stresses
4) I’m nearly 100lbs lighter I went from a 15min/mi to an 8:48min/mi constantly.
5) Ability to go further and longer
6) Still improving

It all started with taking the time to take care of ME!!!!!
And to top it all off I meet my goal for 2021 which was 2021 miles by December 31st. I now stand at 2111.08 miles and I still have 2 months to go.
