“Can I play hockey?” 👀🏒

PARENTS… THIS is their chance!

Try Hockey Free is for St. Cloud community kids ages 4–8 who aren’t currently playing hockey. They’ll get to hit the ice, learn from SCYHA coaches, hang out with local high school players and see what hockey is all about!

And the best part? It’s FREE! 🙌

2026–27 REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Hockey season is coming back, and we’re ready to fill the rink again! 🏒

Whether you’ve been part of the Saint Cloud Youth Hockey family for years or your skater is getting ready to step on the ice for the very first time, now is the time to register.

To our returning families: we can’t wait to see those familiar faces back at the rink!

To our new families: welcome to the pack. This is more than hockey. It’s friendships, confidence, teamwork, competition, memories and being part of something bigger than yourself.

These athletes will proudly represent District 5 this fall, showcasing their hard work, dedication, and talent. We wish them the best of luck and can't wait to see them compete. Congratulations to all on this outstanding achievement! 👏❤️🖤

We’ve heard some questions and seen misinformation circulating about the updated mouthguard requirement, so we want to make sure everyone has the correct information.

Please review the updated requirement and ensure your player is properly equipped before taking the ice.🧊🏒

🏒 Congratulations to Ryker Smith on being selected to the CCM High Performance 14U Team Minnesota!

Ryker will proudly represent Minnesota Hockey's 14U Team Minnesota at the USHL Fall Classic in Chicago, Illinois, September 16–19.

This is an outstanding accomplishment and a testament to Ryker's hard work, dedication, and passion for the game. Best of luck as you represent Minnesota on the big stage—we're all cheering you on! ❤️🖤
