The boys from District 9 killed it tonight!!!! Huge shoutout to our very own #74 Aidan Curnutte for his performance tonight. Aidan pitched in the 2nd inning and had 2 big strikeouts!!!! He was also able to play shortstop in the 9th inning and recorded the final out of the game, sealing the win for Team Missouri!!!

Saint Clair American Legion Post 347 Baseball is very proud to announce that one of our very own has been selected to represent our baseball squad at th me 17u All Star Game in Alton Illinois on August 3rd!!!! Representing Post 347 Baesball will be ......Aiden Aidan Curnutte !!!!!!!! For those who do not know Aiden, he is a student at Union High School. He was a leader in our clubhouse and this kid gave everything he had, every inning, every pitch, every time. Aiden is everything a coach wants in his dugout and on the field. The kid competes. Congratulations Aiden!!!!

The boys played hard all season long and are your 2026 American Legion Baseball runner ups, dropping the championship to a very tough Ballwin Post 611. Saint Clair American Legion Post 347 Baseball finishes the season with an overall 18-7 record and finish 2nd in the state of Missouri. What an incredible group of young men. Huge strides for our program.

Post 347 A(15u) Falls To Ballwin 611 15u

Post 347 A(15u) lost to Ballwin 611 15u 5-2 on Sunday.

Ballwin 611 15u got on the board in the second inning after Kaleb McMillan singled, scoring two runs.

Ballwin 611 15u extended their early lead with two runs in the top of the third thanks to RBI walks by Gavin Krull and Kaleb McMillan.

Tanner Vorhees pitched four and one-third innings in relief for Post 347 A(15u). The hurler surrendered one hit and one run (zero earned) while, striking out none and walking four. Connor Eads stepped on the bump first for Post 347 A(15u). The righty surrendered six hits and four runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out one and walking none. Gavin Krull started on the mound for Ballwin 611 15u. The right-handed pitcher allowed five hits and two runs over seven innings, striking out four and walking one.

Braylon Conway and Gaege McCuskey were tough to handle back-to-back in the lineup, as each drove in one run for Post 347 A(15u). Eli Dierker, Tanner Vorhees, Jordan Schmidt, Lennon Smith, and Braylon Conway each collected one hit for Post 347 A(15u).

Kaleb McMillan led Ballwin 611 15u with three runs batted in from the number seven spot in the lineup. The right-handed hitter went 1-for-2 on the day. Gabriel Bierman, Nathan Skrenta-Pipkin, Kaleb McMillan, Ben Taylor, Gavin Krull, Cooper Kerber, and Michael Maender each collected one hit for Ballwin 611 15u. Ballwin 611 15u had patience at the plate, collecting six walks for the game. Nathan Skrenta-Pipkin and Kaleb McMillan led the team with two free passes each. Ballwin 611 15u didn't commit a single error in the field. Michael Maender had the most chances in the field with seven.

Today is championship Sunday. For the very first time in Saint Clair American Legion Post 347 Baseball history, our young men have an opportunity to bring home a state title. Yesterday, our boys learned that nothing in this world is given, everything you want must be earned through hard work and resilience...and never giving up when the chips are down. They are ready to fight and no matter the outcome today, they have grown a bit more mature, the ability to stay confident yet humble, and to know that if you want it bad enough, there is absolutely no obstacle that can stand in their way. Please consider coming to Ellisville Athletic Association today and cheering on the boys who proudly wear that 347 on their jerseys and represent the cities of Saint Clair and Sullivan as they pursue the American Legion Baseball Single A Missouri State Championship
