The Wasco Warriors organization is looking to expand our organization with a new 10U coach and team.
We are based in northwest St. Charles and looking for an experienced, positive, and player-centered coach to lead our 10U travel softball team.
Our priority is long-term player development—building strong fundamentals, confidence, softball IQ, teamwork, and a love for the game. While competing and winning are important, we believe development comes first.
What We're Looking For
• Experience coaching youth softball, or a willingness to learn and grow as a coach
• Strong focus on teaching fundamentals and supporting player skill development
• Ability to teach and communicate effectively with young athletes
• Positive, encouraging leadership style
• Commitment to player growth both on and off the field
• Knowledge of age-appropriate development and game strategy

Responsibilities
• Plan and lead practices
• Develop players' hitting, fielding, throwing, and game awareness
• Manage tournaments and game-day coaching
• Work collaboratively with team families and organization leadership
