We want YOU to be a part of the Major Impact family! We have roster spots available at every age level, and we’re looking for dedicated athletes who are ready to work hard, compete, and grow.

At Major Impact, we offer:

🏆 Competitive fall, winter, and spring tournaments

Coach Payton is excited to be moving up to the 11U level next season with Major Impact!

Playing Experience

* Former pitcher and first baseman at Rochester Christian University

Coaching Experience

* Major Impact Coach (2025–Present)
* Head Varsity Softball Coach, St. Charles High School (2026–Present)
* Led the Bulldogs to a 26–6 record and a District Championship in 2026
* Head Pitching Instructor at Strike Zone

Coach Payton is passionate about developing athletes both on and off the field. She focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, work ethic, and a love for the game while helping players reach their full potential.

Major Impact 10U brought home 2nd place this weekend in Davison, finishing 4-1! 🥈

We are so proud of this entire team and the growth they have shown since the fall. Their hard work, positive attitudes, and teamwork continue to shine every weekend!

💙 Charlotte K — received the MVP medal from the umpire for her sportsmanship and positive attitude!

🩵 Alaina O — received the MVP medal from the opposing team’s coach for her outstanding pitching this weekend!

#5 Ayden Schumann-Catcher

Ayden Schumann is the backstop for Major Impact 10U, and she brings toughness, focus, and energy every time she puts on the gear! As a catcher, Ayden isn’t afraid to lead her team on the field.

She works hard behind the plate and keeps the game moving by staying ready for every pitch. Catching is one of the toughest positions in softball, but Ayden embraces the challenge and always gives her best effort.

Her positive attitude, hustle, and team-first mindset make her a great teammate and an important part of the Major Impact squad!

Fun Fact- Ayden was born in Alaska!
