📣 Coach Rajah Shepard
Hi everyone! My name is Rajah Shepard, and I am excited to return for my second year as the Roger Bacon Varsity Head Cheerleading Coach! I graduated from Roger Bacon High School in 2018, where I cheered all four years during both football and basketball seasons.

I began my coaching journey 12 years ago as a Junior Coach-in-Training in youth league cheer before officially becoming an Assistant Coach and later a Head Coach in 2020. Coaching has always been a passion of mine, and being able to return to my alma mater and give back to the program that was such an important part of my life is truly special.

This season, I’m looking forward to continuing to build a strong, positive cheer program where our athletes can grow in confidence, leadership, teamwork, and school spirit. I’m so excited for another great season of Spartan Cheer and can’t wait to see what this team accomplishes! 💛🤎
