Wow! Doesn’t seem to be a lot, but once you add it up you may be intaking your entire days worth of calories just by your drinks throughout the day. It is too easy to add empty calories like this into your day. Can you imagine if you counted all the cups of coffee you had in a day? Or how many beers or glasses of wine you drink when you come home from work?
Be more mindful! Take a nutrition journal with you throughout the day to get an idea of how much your actually consuming in day just by what you drink. You may be in for a surprise!
