5 months postpartum… and yeah, I know I “look great.”
I’ve worked hard through all 3 pregnancies and postpartum seasons.
But if I’m being honest… I still cringe when people compliment my body.
Because I’m not where I want to be yet. And getting there? It’s HARD.
Moms with goals aren’t just “getting workouts in.”
We’re doing it while running on little sleep,
figuring out nutrition day by day,
breastfeeding or pumping around the clock,
and carrying stress most people don’t see.
There are so many things working against us.
But here’s the truth—
even with all of that… you can still do it.
The question is:
How bad do you want it?
And what are you willing to sacrifice for it?
For me… it’s been garlic bread 😂
(can’t have it 5x a week like I’d love to 🫣)
But in all seriousness—
this isn’t about perfection.
It’s about showing up, even when it’s hard, and choosing yourself anyway.
Your goals are still yours. And they’re still possible. 🤍
