Basic, boring, but so effective that I don’t have any plan to quit 🫡

Honestly, it’s slide 11 👀 that had the biggest impact on my weight loss. And slide 10 that helped me love my body and stop comparing it to others.

I fixed these common mistakes and voila, my body started to respond 🪄

It took me years to re-wire my older milenial programming that had me constantly chasing sweat, novelty, and a little calories as possible 🫠

But once I finally trusted the process and started being more intentional with my training and my nutrition, my body finally started to actually look the way I was wanting it to look.

Have you made these mistakes? Maybe you’re still working through some of them? If so, I hope this helps nudge you a bit further to this side of fitness 😉

Just a little reminder for those of you who need it: it’s ok if you go on vacation or take some time off from working out and eating within certain parameters.

When you have habits and routines in place, you have peace of mind that you can pick right back up where you left off when you get back.

Life is meant to be enjoyed, not restricted and stressed over. It’s awesome to have goals, standards, and priorities, but they aren’t meant to be nailed down 100% of the time ☀️🌸🍉

Save this workout and give it a try if you’re looking for a quick, sweaty session this weekend 😅

This is our full body conditioning workout from the June program. This is our deviation from our normal strength-specific workouts we focus on throughout the rest of the week. But this type of athletic, explosive training is important, too! I train like this 1x per week and it’s 🙌🏻
