Dot Nutrition and Resilient Heart Yoga have partnered to bring yoga practice to the community in Poca!!

June 13th @ 4pm I will teach a basic yoga class!! This class will teach fundamentals and basic poses for anyone new to yoga or have some experience in yoga.

Class is limited to 8 to keep the space small and sacred. Cost: $10

Mats will be available to use or you can bring your own.

Your body doesn’t feel the same every week…
and that’s not random.

Your fascia isn’t static.
It’s responsive tissue, and it changes with your hormones.

Across your cycle, shifts in:
estrogen
progesterone
relaxin

It actually influence how your tissues:
move
stretch
hydrate
and hold tension

That’s why you might feel:
more fluid and open some days
more tight or sensitive on others
stronger, then slower
energized, then needing rest.

This isn’t inconsistency.
It’s biological rhythm.

Your body isn’t failing you,
it’s adjusting in real time.

Fascia is deeply connected to your nervous system, your hydration, and your hormonal environment.

So instead of forcing the same routine every day…
What if you worked with your body instead of against it?

More intensity when you feel resilient.
More softness when your system asks for it.

That’s not weakness.
That’s intelligence.
Because when you honor your rhythm…
your body responds with more ease,
more flow, and less resistance.

Pain comes from being alive, suffering comes from being attached to thinking life should be one way or the other. When we let go of our thoughts of how it should be, and allow how it is, we stop the burn of suffering in its tracks, and actually become more effective at standing up for what we believe in and making lasting change. This is the paradox of suffering. You become more effective at making change when you accept how it all is. ✨
