In today’s world where we constantly give so much of ourselves to nurture and support our loved ones, it's essential to carve out time to care for the caregiver – US! Taking these quiet moments for ourselves is not a luxury (even though we might feel like it is). Taking these moments are a necessity for our well-being. We cannot give from an empty cup. So, let's honor ourselves and take these moments, allowing them to rejuvenate our hearts, souls, and spirits, bringing more peace, balance, and harmony to our lives.

Remember, taking time for yourself is not selfish—it's important self-care. (Not to mention family care, community care, world care)

My biggest: this year both hubby and I learned how precious our health is - we realized we'd taken our good health a bit for granted.
