My Album on Amazon- https://amzn.to/2O7MtG9 Hello,
My mission is to inspire you to find your creative spirit & enjoy the transformational power of nurturing your inner artist. I foster a place where you can be free to be yourself and discover that art is a skill, not a talent. So yes—anyone can learn, and everyone is invited to play! In
a world that can often feel overwhelmingly dark, I welcome you to a place where you can relax, rejuvenate, and share your inner light. On this channel I'll be posting videos about singing, songwriting, painting & any other creative pursuit that inspires me. We are multifaceted beings, and we do not have to limit ourselves. If someone told you that you can't be creative in ANY art form--they're wrong. Your creativity is your birthright. When we create without judgment, we heal. So let's have fun with it and do some healing at the same time. I am known for teaching with kindness, authenticity and fun. If you need a gentle and encouraging teacher who holds space for you--Let's play!

My musical background:
My musical journey began as soon as I could hum. My first solo performance was in preschool and I continued singing throughout my school years. I was in State Honor Choir and studied voice at a performing arts High School and continued to study music in college. I performed as a singer/songwriter throughout my twenties and published my own CD "How Do I Fly", a folk-rock album. I was the female lead singer in a Nerdcore band where I sang pop vocals and rapped--I know! It was so fun. I've also been in music videos and acted on stage throughout my life. I have dealt with earth shattering performance anxiety that took me away from my dream and ruined my love of singing--but somehow that spark managed to survive years of neglect and reignited as a passion for helping other singers who have lost connection to their voice and long to reclaim it. I have created the Discover & Love Your Vocals course for the soul who longs to discover all that their voice truly has to offer, reach their highest potential, learn and craft who they are as an artist, and fall in love with music and their own voice all over again. I was encouraged to create the program I wish I had when I was giving up, and that is exactly what I have done. I teach resilience, excellent vocal technique, ways to overcome anxiety and anything internal that is holding you back from loving your voice again. That is why I call myself a vocal & musical-life coach. I am your coach as well as your teacher, and I hope that I can show you all the strength and beauty you have inside just waiting to get out. I'm excited to take you on that journey! I also teach beginning lessons for those who thought they could never sing or have always wanted to and never got around to it. My specialty is helping new singers relax and learn the skill of singing through a supportive, fun, and nurturing environment. My lessons are on zoom so it makes it convenient for everyone, no matter where in the world you are. A little musical history:
In 2010 I finished the recording of my album, How Do I Fly? produced by Tim Roberts. The album showcases all original songs with a folk-rock sound that highlights my more soulful side. Half of the songs on the album deliver the simple beauty of my only two instruments: acoustic guitar and melting vocals. Three of these more intimate songs were recorded in Honolulu Hawaii by Tom Visser. At other times, the album delights with melodies that are adorned with piano, mandolin, and a second guitar played by the accomplished Tim Roberts. In the winter of 2011 I took another direction on the musical road-map and recorded on the album QWER as a member of Area of Defect. With Kyle Danger Henick, Dante Allegory, The H3LP, and Amalia Larson, and ventured into Nerdcore music--an entirely different genre that allowed me to enjoy my versatility. I enjoy singing any and every style that inspires me. I believe you should never stifle your creative spirit. Let it lead you in any direction that brings you joy!
