It’s been a while since we’ve been fully up and running. Since the passing of Robert, there have been many challenges, but one thing has never changed—the vision of what ArrowTech can be.

I can assure you our Factory Shooting Staff is coming back stronger than ever.

We’re building a team that represents the future of archery, with talented youth archers, collegiate competitors, Pro/Am shooters, coaches, and dedicated ambassadors who believe in what we’re building.

This isn’t about putting as many logos on jerseys as possible. It’s about surrounding ourselves with hardworking people who earn their place and represent the brand the right way.

I can’t wait for you to see these archers carrying the ArrowTech name onto the range, into the woods, and onto the podium.

I’ve been fortunate to be part of a lot of special projects in the hunting and archery industry over the past couple of decades. I’ve built a career doing what I love, provided for my family, and worked alongside some incredible people.

For most of those years, I’ve been the guy behind the scenes. The one doing the work, helping build things, helping others succeed, and pushing projects forward without much concern for recognition. Truth be told, I never really felt like I’d “made it.” There was always another goal, another challenge, another mountain to climb.

The challenges—both good and bad—have shaped who I am. They’ve built character, taught resilience, strengthened my compassion, and reminded me that nothing worth having comes easy.

Now, for the first time in a long time, an opportunity sits in front of me that feels different. It feels like all those years of hard work, sacrifice, lessons, and failures have finally led somewhere.

Not because I need validation.

But because I finally have the chance to prove what I’ve known all along.

The wheels are in motion.

And I’m about to make a point.

It’s going to be one hell of an adventure.

Welcome to the Team, Mac Foster!

ArrowTech Archery is proud to officially welcome Mac Foster to the ArrowTech Factory Shooting Staff.

At just 15 years old, Mac has already demonstrated the work ethic, sportsmanship, and competitive drive that align perfectly with what ArrowTech stands for. As a dedicated S3DA competitor and active member of the archery community, Mac continues to prove that success comes from commitment, discipline, and a willingness to keep learning.

What impressed us most wasn’t just his tournament accomplishments—it was his character. Mac understands the importance of representing the sport the right way, supporting fellow archers, and being a positive ambassador both on and off the range.

At ArrowTech, we believe our responsibility extends beyond building high-performance arrows. We believe in mentoring and investing in the next generation of archers who will carry this sport forward. In fact, ArrowTech is the only arrow company to specifically design its contingency program around youth archery. We recognize that today’s young archers are tomorrow’s competitors, coaches, industry leaders, and conservationists.

If we want archery to remain a strong and viable sport and industry for generations to come, supporting and promoting youth participation isn’t optional—it’s essential. That’s why we’re proud to stand behind young athletes like Mac who represent the future of archery.

Odhan Mowery shot his first NFAA National BTB & NFAA 3D National Championship shoot this weekend. He ended taking a respectable 2nd place with a 928/1018 in the Compound Youth Male Division,

Compound Junior Team: Chris & Odhan teamed up for the first time and took the Compound Junior Team award and the BTB & NFAA 3D National Championship Team Belt Buckle.

Thank You Derek C. Fong for managing my schedule / Chris Fong for a great mentoring teammate and to Nick Ingham for the taxi service! Clayton Allen I think even had some steak dinner involvement… I owe you fellas!
