Elk season has a way of bringing the right people together.

Had the chance to meet up with Lynn Davey, a longtime friend of Robert’s. Needless to say, we had plenty to talk about—the history, where ArrowTech has been, and more importantly, where we’re taking it from here.

There’s a lot of responsibility that comes with carrying something forward that another man poured so much into. Conversations like this matter. You listen to the people who knew Robert, respect what he built, learn from the past, and then keep pushing the company in the right direction.

ArrowTech isn’t starting over. We’re building on a legacy—and the next chapter is already being written.

It feels great to be back at the tournament range representing ArrowTech Archery. Since Robert’s passing, getting this program back on the line has meant a lot to all of us.

This week at the S3DA Western Nationals, Outdoor Target, and ASA 3D, we’re putting $1,050 in contingency money back into the hands of youth archers who earned it.

That’s what ArrowTech has always been about—not just building great arrows, but investing in the next generation of archers. Congratulations Mack Foster for taking a 3rd place finish at outdoor target! This is only the beginning. 🏹

What a weekend at the Barney Mowery Memorial Field Shoot, which also hosted the NFAA Northwest Sectional Championships and the IFAA Championships!
At Arrowtech Archery, we’re proud of the hardware we brought home, but we’re even prouder of who earned it. Our philosophy has never been to build a team around the biggest names—we’re building a team around the next generation. Coltin, Mack, and Odhan were absolutely dialed in today at the NFAA USA Northwest Sectionals!
The boys shot lights out with the .166 Revolution arrows, proving once again that performance speaks for itself.
It’s great to see ArrowTech Archery back where it belongs—putting archers on the podium. Even better, these aren’t seasoned pros… they’re Idaho’s next generation of competitors, and they’re just getting started.
The future is bright. Congratulations, boys. Keep putting in the work.

Happy Father’s Day

Some of life’s greatest accomplishments aren’t measured in dollars, land, trophies, or titles. They’re measured in the moments we spend passing something meaningful on to the next generation.

Whether it’s teaching a child how to shoot their first arrow, sharing lessons learned through hard work, or simply being present when they need us most, the greatest title many of us will ever earn is Dad.

A bow, an arrow, and a little time together can become memories that last a lifetime.

To all the fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and father figures—thank you for leading by example, teaching with patience, and building a legacy that reaches far beyond yourselves.

It’s been a while since we’ve been fully up and running. Since the passing of Robert, there have been many challenges, but one thing has never changed—the vision of what ArrowTech can be.

I can assure you our Factory Shooting Staff is coming back stronger than ever.

We’re building a team that represents the future of archery, with talented youth archers, collegiate competitors, Pro/Am shooters, coaches, and dedicated ambassadors who believe in what we’re building.

This isn’t about putting as many logos on jerseys as possible. It’s about surrounding ourselves with hardworking people who earn their place and represent the brand the right way.

I can’t wait for you to see these archers carrying the ArrowTech name onto the range, into the woods, and onto the podium.

I’ve been fortunate to be part of a lot of special projects in the hunting and archery industry over the past couple of decades. I’ve built a career doing what I love, provided for my family, and worked alongside some incredible people.

For most of those years, I’ve been the guy behind the scenes. The one doing the work, helping build things, helping others succeed, and pushing projects forward without much concern for recognition. Truth be told, I never really felt like I’d “made it.” There was always another goal, another challenge, another mountain to climb.

The challenges—both good and bad—have shaped who I am. They’ve built character, taught resilience, strengthened my compassion, and reminded me that nothing worth having comes easy.

Now, for the first time in a long time, an opportunity sits in front of me that feels different. It feels like all those years of hard work, sacrifice, lessons, and failures have finally led somewhere.

Not because I need validation.

But because I finally have the chance to prove what I’ve known all along.

The wheels are in motion.

And I’m about to make a point.

It’s going to be one hell of an adventure.
