We want to congratulate Faith Epperson for her commitment to play softball and continue her education at Delaware St. Faith joined us last fall and has worked her tail off. This speedy athlete just continued to grind and was persistent in achieving a scholarship towards her goal of continuing to play the sport she loves at the D1 college level. She never gave up. That just exemplifies who Faith is. She put in all of that hard work while also maintaining a 4.0 gpa.

I am excited for this opportunity. I couldn’t be happier for Faith, Jon (dad), and Stacie (Mom). Congratulations Faith, we are proud of you.

This makes my heart smile. Our stud 1B Avery Cordell has committed to the University of Nevada Reno, where she will continue to hit bombs at the D1 level. I am so happy for Avery as she is one amazing kid both on and off the field. If you know Avery and/or her family you can’t help but be happy for her on this accomplishment. Join me in congratulating Avery for making her dream a reality. Amazing Job Avery. Now go do great things at UNR. We are so proud of you.

We are proud to announce that Neva Adams has verbally committed to continue her academic and softball career with William Jessup University. We are so proud of Neva. She just kept grinding through the season. Although she did not appear menacing with her petite athletic frame, Neva would speak loudly with her bat, hitting some tape measure monster Home Runs. William Jessup not only got a great little athlete, they got a genuinely kind individual. Neva has been a great teammate since joining our team. In the immortal words of Neva’s teammates, “Viva La Neva!”

We will be hosting our final tryout, Saturday, Dec 4th for both our 18U and 14U Lopez teams. Competitive Pitchers are the priority for both teams. seeking athletic ball players with speed and a solid hitting foundation

18U team need 1-2 solid pitchers. A lot of pitching opportunities for a competitive pitcher.

14U team needs are 1-2 solid pitchers and a seasoned catcher with a strong arm. Also seeking a couple of speedy athletes who have a strong hitting foundation.

We are currently small rostered so opportunities are here.

Some of the best training and development are here. Including a positive training environment with a family like atmosphere. Give us a look, it will be worth your time.

Congratulations to Reagann Hoblit for verbally accepting the offer to attend the University of Nevada-Reno. Reagann has been one of hardest workers since joining our team. Usually one of the first ones to show up and last ones to leave. And a big high five to Chris Christi Hoblit being supportive of the team and providing Reagann with the resources to succeed. And to Lyndsey Klein for creating one amazing swing for Reagann. I’m so proud of you Reagann Hoblit and excited for the Hoblit family. Best of luck the rest of the way as you continue to pursue your dreams.

Suncats Lopez will be hosting open workouts for both our 18U and 14U teams each Tuesday and Thursday at Freedom Park. Pitchers and Catchers start at 4:45. All other position players begin at 5:15. These open workouts will serve as a tryout if you are interested in joining our competitive teams.

Our immediate needs are Pitching and athletic athletes. Our teams currently have amazing team chemistry with some great families. We will also develop your athlete to be the best version of herself. And we will help prepare your daughter for the recruiting process. If you are interested contact coach Andy so that I may prepare the practice plan and/or inform you of any cancellations due to weather. Text is preferred.
