Train with an elite high school coach — Head Coach Caitlyn Tremberth brings elite-level instruction in a fun, high-energy, confidence-building environment. Players will develop stick handling, dribbling, passing, footwork, and field awareness with small-group attention and plenty of touches. 💪

We are excited to share an incredible opportunity for our players to keep the momentum going this summer! FAMon3 Basketball will be participating in the Southern Maine Hoops League (SMHL) Summer League – and we want YOUR player involved!

📋 SOUTHERN MAINE HOOPS LEAGUE – SUMMER 2026

⏰ DEADLINE TO REGISTER: JUNE 1ST

📅 Mid June – Mid August

🏀 Boys & Girls | Grades 4th–8th (register as grade entering in Fall 2026)

📍 Portland & S**o, Maine

LEAGUE HIGHLIGHTS:

✅ Games Tuesday OR Thursday evenings, 5–9pm (NO weekends!)

✅ 8 Regular Season Games + Playoffs (2 games per night)

✅ No games during 4th of July week

✅ Air-conditioned facilities

✅ 1 referee per game (2 during playoffs)

✅ No gate fee during regular season

✅ Flexible scheduling

✅ AAU, Town & Rec teams welcome

✅ Dedicated League Directors ensuring competitive, organized play

BONUS – FAMon3 SUNDAY NIGHT SKILL SESSIONS 🔥

In addition to league play, we will be offering 5 Sunday Night Skill Sessions led by our own coaches:

🕖 Session 2: 7:15–8:30pm

These sessions are designed to keep your player sharp, focused, and developing all summer long.

TEAM BUILDING:

Because of summer schedules, vacations, and conflicts, we will be building teams with 8–10 players per team. You are welcome to make requests when registering! We will also be looking for help with coaching – if you're interested in assisting, please let us know.

Summer league has always been one of the most fun parts of our year – a chance for players to keep competing together in a relaxed, positive environment. We hope to see as many of our Firecracker, Thunder, and NLA players as possible!

This one is for the players who decide every game before most people notice — the offensive and defensive linemen. Hand placement, blocking schemes, leverage, pass rush moves, gap assignments, and the relentless motor that separates good players from great ones. The trenches are where championships are won.
