Drove to Oklahoma this Sunday to have a couple of business meetings. Came to get a workout in in Tulsa. We absolutely LOVE gyms like this. It was such a pleasure meeting the owner and his wife. Amazing people and so very thankful for all of the help from the other members. It’s really appreciated. Nikki with some deload bench work after her big comp: 185x10, 225x5, 245x10, 225x10 to a 2 board with a sling shot 😅 and Rubes working up to his opener with 520, 560, 580! Ready for USPC Republic Pro/Am July 18th 💪 Coached by

This young man went from an 828 total to a 900 total from mid May to late June. He’s been working so hard and it has definitely been paying off. Can’t wait to see where he is come January 💪
