Twelve weeks. Same mat, same room, same faces — and somehow, every week a little different.

Thank you to everyone who showed up this winter at Surya Yoga Shala. What’s been quietly building here is something I find genuinely moving: a community of people who keep coming back. Not because they have to. Because it works.

The Shala is closed for Spring break — a good moment to rest, honestly, for all of us.
