Congratulations to Russell Middle School’s very own, Peyton Bailey, on an outstanding performance at the state track meet!

Peyton finished 15th in the 100-meter dash and 11th in the 200-meter dash, while also breaking his own school record in the 200 with an impressive time of 23.56 seconds!

What an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the hard work, dedication, and determination he has shown all season long. We are proud of you, Peyton, and the way you represented Russell on the big stage!

Bryson Hill has been named Player of the Year, and Coach Michelle Hill has been named Coach of the Year! What an incredible accomplishment and a true testament to the hard work, dedication, and leadership they both bring to the program every single day.

🎾🔥 STATE TOURNAMENT UPDATE – RUSSELL RED DEVILS TENNIS 🔥🎾

What a tremendous day for Russell Tennis at the KHSAA State Tournament!

🏆 Bryson Hill continued his outstanding season by winning both his First Round and Second Round matches today, advancing to the Sweet 16 next week at the University of Kentucky! Congratulations to Bryson on an incredible accomplishment and best of luck as he continues his run in the state tournament!

👏 Our doubles team of Brady Hajar and Harper Robinson battled hard and picked up a First Round victory before coming up short in the Second Round. We are extremely proud of the great season they had and the way they represented Russell throughout the year. Congratulations, Brady and Harper!

🎾 The Red Devils are not finished yet! The team will return to action next Thursday in the KHSAA Team State Tournament at the University of Kentucky.
