This week, cheer shoes hit the floor at FlipStart for the very first time. 💙📣✨

And while cheer may be new to our gym, the values behind it are not.

The excitement, the teamwork, the determination, the confidence-building, the friendships, these are the same things we’ve always believed in. This week, we simply got to experience them through a new sport.

There was something special about watching those athletes walk through the doors, lace up their shoes, and take the floor together. The energy was contagious. The smiles were genuine. The possibilities felt endless.

Cheer is so much more than motions, jumps, stunts, and tumbling. It’s learning to trust your teammates. It’s finding confidence in yourself. It’s working hard, pushing through challenges, and celebrating victories together.

For FlipStart, this week wasn’t just the start of a new class. It was the beginning of a new chapter.

We’re incredibly excited to welcome cheer into the FlipStart family and can’t wait to watch these athletes grow! Not just as cheerleaders, but as strong, confident, important humans.

If this week was any indication of what’s ahead, we have something pretty special brewing. 💙✨

Today, we pause. ❤️

FlipStart will be closed on Memorial Day as we take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. Their sacrifice is the reason we’re able to gather in places like our gym building community, chasing dreams, laughing together, and watching our kids grow.

We hope your day is filled with family, sunshine, gratitude, and moments that matter most. Thank you to all who have served, and especially to those who made the ultimate sacrifice. 🇺🇸
