Want to improve your mental game? Try this whole body visualization drill!
Play a hole or two without using a ball. Yes, PLAY WITHOUT A BALL!

Instead of just wishing your tee shot goes down the middle, fully imagine it happening and go find it.
Then imagine hitting your approach, how close did you hit it?
Mark your ball, pull the flag and roll that birdie putt...

And...Did you make it? Did you feel it?

Cling-aling-aling... Birdie!
Write down the three and storm off to the next tee.

Have a full body visualization experience and log that in your mental golf account.
This is a powerful mental game practice drill.

Do this for a couple holes and you will notice what a judgment free mind feels like.
