Yin With Lynne Teaching the art of Yin to bring more simplicity into the lives of those who are ready. It made me realize that I was only practicing half of the yoga practice.

I discovered Yin Yoga after many injuries practicing and teaching Yang styles of yoga for over 15 years. I was allowing my ego, that needed constant movement and lots of heat, to drive my practice. After bringing Yin Yoga into my life I found a balance I had never felt before. It was like the missing link that completed me. Yoga saved my life. Yin saved my body. I now live in a more balanced way w

ith even amount of Yin and Yang. My joints feel stronger than ever and I can trust myself to move back to center simply by honoring what I feel instead of what I think. On my way y’all! Lexington Kentucky was beautiful last night. The sun rise this morning right outside my hotel window was breathtaking. Grabbing a quick breakfast sandwich from first watch yay! And then drive the rest of the way.

Dexter and Daisy loves staying in hotels. As you can tell They are spoiled rotten!

Looking forward to barefoot and free yoga festival starts tomorrow. I’ll be there all day with y’all and then teaching on Saturday night at 5:30. My Tate shot Yin yoga practice. Please bring your blocks. And a blanket if you have one.

We’re gonna have an amazing practice and your body will thank you all weekend long.

I’ve changed my 30 hour training to a 20 hour training that can be done in one weekend.

I have a new location for this training that allows me to teach my 20 hour training in one weekend!
Then you can choose the extra 10 hours of anatomy and the meridian system training hours can be done separately.

Get $100 discount on this 20 hour training which is regularly $399. That brings the training cost down to only $299.

-Friday night 6 to 9 PM

All classes are donation-based and you don’t have to register in advance. Just show up.
