The weather, the lights…it is the beginning of the most wonderful time of the year!!!!
It’s the time to enjoy family, friends, gatherings, and food.
Always keep your goals in mind, enjoy your gatherings and meals, but be smart; small strategies give great results: the order of your intake is one: eat a salad or veggies first, followed by your protein; always leave carbs at the end.
This small change will allow you not only to reduce the amount of carbs, but also to increase (hopefully) the amount of protein you eat.
