Get the kids off their games and tablets and bring them on over to enjoy some beautiful sun and weather. Self-defense and Fitness classes Monday-Thursday 6pm-7pm ages 4-14. Soccer field/baseball field on Oxford lane. Will also do personal lessons for those with busy schedules.

First week in the books for HDR! Tonight we got a few more new faces to join us. Had a great time running some pad/live drills. Join us again next week where we begin to incorporate the cross with our jabs and our movements.

What a great first class! We learned to use our most powerful weapon, The Jab as well as using our footwork to position ourselves to use the jab. Thank you to the parents and kids that came out today 🙏

Hope everyone is excited as I am for this Monday (March 10th)!! Looking forward to meeting all of you and for a fun 1st day of classes. Big shout out to all the new followers. I couldn't do this without all of you.

P.s. gear will not be needed for day1. Most gear may not be needed until after first week. I obviously highly recommend mouth gaurd as will help with kids getting used to it.
I also recommend gloves. Please contact me by phone or messenger if you have anymore questions.
