As a licensed therapist, coach, wife, mom of two amazing, feisty toddlers, and founder of a growing six-fig clinical therapy practice, I KNOW what it's like to want to make a massive impact without losing yourself in the process. What most entrepreneurs don't realize is that your business is a massive invitation to do your own work, and when you DON'T, your "stuff" will absolutely get in the way o

f reaching the success you desire. This is exactly what I help my clients work through so that they can level up and build a life, team, relationships, and business of true impact and long-term potential.

Tomorrow!! Join me as I hop into the community with to discuss all things family, relationships, and the holidays.

Relationships can be tough during this time of year- even with those we are truly closest to: conflict of values, differences with expectations, feeling triggered by vulnerable topics or conversations, the list goes on!

We’ll be covering how to get through this season while prioritizing mental, emotional, and relational wellness. Don’t miss it! ❤️

When you're a high achiever and driven toward big success in life, you may also share a tendency toward performance-based esteem.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is a kind of esteem that we seek (often subconsciously) externally to let us know we're okay, we're worthy, we're enough. And it's pretty damn conditional.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It sounds kind of like this:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I'll feel good enough about myself when I ___.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I'll allow myself to celebrate once I have ___.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As long as ___ approves, I'm okay.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If I make a mistake or am responsible for a problem, I'm a sh*tty person/mom/leader/boss.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The list could go on.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don't outsource your worth. You already have it. You always did...just because you ARE.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Worth is not tied to what you DO. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It is your birthright and if you're not currently functioning in life, partnership, or business from a place of deeply knowing that you're enough just as you are, there's a chance you feel exactly what I was talking about above.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Do you feel this? What are the other ways you feel pressure to outsource your worth? DM me...I'd love to hear.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What does it mean to be a "relational" entrepreneur? Well, as one myself let me give a little insight.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Relational entrepreneurs VALUE the importance of a healthy relational practice in their life, business, and relationships.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This means they do the work to become the best version of themselves.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They're open to feedback from others and actually invite it as a portal to more growth and expansion (internally speaking).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Relational entrepreneurs value TEAM, after all "together everyone accomplishes more". Even if they're a solo business without employees, contractors, or what have you, they're not beyond outsourcing and creating breathing room to function at their best.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Relational entrepreneurs know that the path to long term success doesn't mean grinding and hustling until your body shuts down, but that it is found in creating systems and strategy that prioritizes health and wellness in life and relationships IN ORDER for your business to be addressed.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's a journey to unravel from hustle culture and this idea that we have to choose the role we want to maximize in (for example as a mom, as a partner, as an entrepreneur).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You CAN have it all, and you can have it in a balanced, healthy way, without it costing you YOU.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

True story: I almost kicked in the towel at least twelve times while building my business. Okay, maybe ten. But still.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I resisted calling myself a “boss” for the first two YEARS. I literally told one of my staff NOT to refer to me as such. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀..I know, I know.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I thought that breakthroughs required breakdowns, and even though my business grew, my relationships struggled in and out of my business.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My imposter syndrome was through the roof. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I was balancing mom-life, wife-life and work-life, and my own well-being and relationship to myself paid the price for being in constant overdrive.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So tell me something…was it just me?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Or, is this you, too?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Tomorrow, Friday AM on Instagram at 10am CST I'll be live talking about my journey from crashing and burning into resilience and renewed clarity to win at the long game in my business and relationships. Join me, and let's be inspired together!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Learning | Deepening | Healing ❤️‍🩹

Y’all. It has been quite the week of soaking in and processing so much goodness through training. Feeling blessed to participate in such incredible processes that have somehow found me along the way.

I’ve been in an intense, 5 day training through Healing Our Core Issues Institute, so that I can work with developmental and relational trauma more deeply with clients. It’s so powerful!

I remember thinking back on the days when I was just starting out as a therapist…finding the techniques to help clients get better at being future focused, identifying goals and hitting those. Rarely digging into their history, let alone generational narratives.

But the truth about powerful healing, growth, and truly embodying your unique essence is that we eventually have to go back and find ourselves…the one who got lost in the mix of doing, carrying, and feeling for everyone else. And we come to find that everything we had carried may not have even belonged to us to begin with.

The journey is a beautiful one and leads to so much freedom and reconnection to self and others! Ahhhh- I LOVE this work.

Go deep, or stay stuck. ✌🏼❤️

You guys. 4 years. F-O-U-R. YEARS!

This is my happy face because I’m about to hop on my first call for Level 2 Relational Life Therapy training.

Did I mention I’ve waited 4 years for this?

Why 4?

Well, pandemic, for one. But also, being a woman who has chosen to build my business, my mission, and my brand WHILE also having two pregnancies, two births, expanding my practice, and quite honestly trying not to lose my sh*t in the process…

Well, I’ve had to take things slow.

And you know what I’ve learned about taking things slow?

I will still hit the massive milestones.

I can still build the dream life I want to have.

My kids will feel loved and attached to me and their dad AND I can soak in my training and growth as a clinician and coach without letting mom brain delete all the important info from my mind 😂

You see, I decided last year I had to stop with the hustle.

I made a deal to myself (and my husband) that I couldn’t compromise myself anymore for the sake of everything else to work.

So because of the phase of life I’m soaking in from all angles (mom life, entrepreneur life, wife life, fam/social life), I’ve decided that I still CAN have it all, but I won’t let it cost myself ME.

So yes, I am pumped to deepen in this training today that has quite literally transformed the way I see myself in this on crazy beautiful life, has transformed who I am in my marriage, and has made me a more mindful entrepreneur.

By the way- I’ve made some super exciting changes with my coaching so if you’re in the market to do some 1:1 work- keep in touch and send me a DM. I’m so excited to continue sharing from this incredible framework.

As an entrepreneur, you know that the “what-ifs” keep you playing small in your business.

Well, so do relational what-ifs.

Where one version of this can go “what if XYZ outcome happens?”, it’s often the relational components that will break us down and TRULY keep us from taking the next leap into growth and vulnerability.

🔺what will they think about me?
🔺what if they react?
🔺 what if they leave?
🔺 what if this gives them the wrong perception of who I am at a core-level?

The truth is that, in this relational fear and anxiety, we are invited to grow. But you have to know exactly how to hold yourself in healthy and warm regard in order take the leaps, even relationally.

Especially relationally.

There is a bridge between who you are in business and in your relationship. Do you see it? ✨

FOUR ✨

Four years ago, I became a mom.

Four years ago, I had also begun expanding my business.

It’s amazing to see my daughter as the physical representation of the last four years of work, effort, and trying to keep it all together (but come on, has anyone really mastered that part yet?).

There has quite literally been nothing like becoming a mother to throw me into a whole new level of opportunities for growth and finding myself in this role.

It was becoming a mom to this sweet, fierce little girl that showed me it doesn’t matter where you live, what you do, or what you have…it’s ALL about relationships, and becoming our best selves within those precious spaces.

Becoming a mom will change you for the better, if you let it. I’m so grateful I’ve been blessed to have this one as one of my most important teachers.

Happy birthday to my sweet Gigi. Today, we celebrate YOU! 🌈🎉
