I’m Rachel. A personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist - and I’m in perimenopause. About a year ago the fatigue hit me hard. Not normal tired, the kind that forces you to take a nap in the middle of the day. And the mood changes? I felt emotional, irritable, and not myself.
I was working out, eating fairly well, and doing what I always tell my clients to do.
It wasn’t working.
So instead of pushing harder, I started asking different questions. What is going on with my body? What does movement and diet look like to work with my hormones? Why is nobody building programs for THIS stage of life?
I couldn’t find the answer. So I built it.
The Pause with Rachel is a virtual strength and hormone-supportive training program designed specifically for women in perimenopause. It pairs with nutrition guidance, real coaching, accountability, and workouts you can do from home on your schedule.
