Callisto (Indigo & Izolde) was successfully bred today using frozen semen from Jäger (Morpheus & LC)! We will find out around July 6th if these 2 will be expecting their second litters (with different previous partners)! If successful, these puppies would be born around August 7th, and ready for their new homes in early October.

Quick update on the “who’s your daddy” litter! All of the puppies are in their new homes and Uma, now Nova, is staying here at Stony Creek! The puppies will be 10 weeks old on Tuesday and we have received all their DNA profiles from AKC and have submitted the paperwork for the parentage. We know the sires are both going to require additional testing as well since their profiles were prior to the switch to the current one in 2022 (Morpheus was probably done in 2012!). So at this point we are just waiting on AKC to get to our application and call for payment and start the next steps. I knew this could take a while but wasn’t guessing it would be months. Though the excitement has died down a little bit we can’t wait to find out who the daddy/daddies could be!?

P.S. Nova has a excellent future as a Gardner 😉
