⚖️ Balance is a skill you can build at any age.

Many women notice changes in balance as they move through midlife, but the good news is that balance improves with practice. Strong balance can help with stability, confidence, posture, coordination, and everyday activities.

In this carousel, I’m demonstrating each exercise on my RIGHT side. Once you’ve completed the entire series, repeat all of the exercises on your LEFT side.
