Looking forward to teaching Kickboxing classes at Rocky River Fitness, starting this Fri and Sat at 9:30am! And moving forward, on M/W/F at 9:30am; Wed at 7pm and some Sat at 9:30am....
Need a little kick in your butt?
We've got a lot going on this week, including new Kickboxing classes that start this week. All of the following classes are available on a drop-in basis and good for all fitness levels, including beginners. $15 per class and you can just show up, no advanced registration necessary:
* Self Defense Basics Workshop Saturday 12/17/16 9:30am-11:00am. $20
* All Abs/Core Development Class Monday 12/19/16 at 6:30pm
Julie's Boot Camp
9:30am - Tuesdays and Thursdays
Noon - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Julie has been teaching Boot Camp Classes and personal training for over eight years. Come see why her training gets raving reviews. Scaleable for all fitness levels.
Beginner Fitness Workouts
7:30pm - Mondays and Wednesdays
Classes consist of body weight exercises, using no weights and minimal equipment. Scaleable for all fitness levels.
CrossFit LITE
6:30am - Wednesdays and Fridays
6:30pm - Tuesdays and Thursdays
Classes consist of CrossFit style workouts without the heavy barbells. A combination of cardio and strength training in a less intimidating environment. Scaleable for all levels.
