Chaos Family Off the Field!

Today, our Chaos family got together for some fun off the field! 🥎 ❤️ We fired up the grill, enjoyed some good food, the girls took over the pool, and most importantly, we got to spend some quality time together.

These girls spend so much time working hard, competing, and pushing each other on the field, so it was nice to slow down, laugh, relax, and just enjoy being together. 🥰

It takes more than a team to build something special—it takes a family. And we’re so thankful for ours! 🫶🏼🙌

🎉💛 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ADDISON MITCHELL! 💛🎉

Today we’re celebrating one of the sweetest girls to ever join our Southern Chaos family! 🥎💛

Addison came into our lives through the All American Allstar Games in Myrtle Beach, and when an opportunity came up for her to join our team, she decided to take a chance on us—and we are SO glad she did! 🥰

This girl is not only sweet, kind, and such a joy to be around, but she can HOLD IT DOWN just about anywhere on the field! 🙌🏼🔥 We’re pretty sure she has played everywhere for us except catcher! 😂

Addison, we are so thankful that Myrtle Beach brought you into our lives. Watching you grow, compete, and become part of this team has been so special. We hope your birthday is filled with all the love and happiness you deserve! 💛

Yesterday, we started on the ballfield at 7:30 AM with of our families being on the road by 6:00 AM! We didn’t leave the ballfield until 9:30 PM! 😳🥎 That’s 14 hours of softball! That kind of commitment means so much. ❤️

We faced two very solid teams in pool play and battled our way to a 1-1 record where we seeded 7 out of 15 teams for a 2 spot in the silver bracket. Then we took on another talented team in bracket and came away with a 2-1 victory to punch our ticket to the CHAMPIONSHIP! 🏆🔥

After being at the field ALL day, a long break, two injuries that our girls battled through and a whole lot of softball, our girls ran out of steam in the championship game. We couldn’t quite get the bats going, and we came up short.

But let me tell you… WE ARE SO PROUD OF THESE GIRLS! 💛

And we’re adding another SUPER COOL WATERMELON RING 🍉💍 to the collection! 😂💛

Thank you to every family who got up early, traveled, cheered, encouraged, and supported these girls all day long. It takes a village, and we are so thankful for ours!

What a day for Southern Chaos! 💙🥎

Yesterday we took on the competition in Clayton, arriving at 8:30 AM and not leaving until 10:30 PM. Through the heat, the long hours, and the grind of tournament play, these girls never stopped competing.

🔥 Pool Play
✅ 2-0 record
🥎 Only 1 run allowed
🥇 Earned the #1 seed out of 12 teams

🔥 Bracket Play
✅ Defeated a tough rival 4-0 in the semifinals
🥈 Finished as Tournament Runner-Up after a hard-fought 6-5 championship game

📊 Tournament Stats
🥎 35 runs scored
🛡️ Only 7 runs allowed
💥 Team batting average: .486

While we came up just short of bringing home the championship, this team showed resilience, grit, and heart from the first pitch to the last. We couldn’t be prouder of the way they competed.

Yesterday also marked the final Southern Chaos tournament for four incredible young women as they prepare to begin the next chapter of their lives.

🎉🥎 Happy Birthday to Kaydynce “KK” Locklear! 🥎🎉

Today we’re celebrating one of our own! Even though KK is new to the Southern Chaos family this season, you’d never know it. From day one, she fit right in, and it feels like she’s been with us from the very beginning.

KK has a knack for tracking down fly balls and can rob hitters from just about anywhere in the outfield. Her talent speaks for itself, but what makes her even more special is the person she is. She’s kind, respectful, humble, and always cheering on her teammates. She’s the type of player every coach loves to have and every teammate loves to play beside.

KK, we hope your birthday is filled with lots of laughs, great memories, and everything that makes you smile. Thank you for being such an awesome part of Southern Chaos. We can’t wait to see all the great things you’ll accomplish this season.

Big news for one of our Southern Chaos players! 🌟

Our very own Kylee has been given the incredible opportunity to represent Wilson and Team USA in the Dominican Republic! 🇩🇴🇺🇸🥎

Over the years, Kylee has worked hard, played hard, and prayed even harder, asking God to help her shine His light through the game she loves. If you know Kylee, you know that softball is her world. She has been blessed with a God-given talent and has spent years building friendships, growing as a player, and learning valuable life lessons through this sport.

If you know Kylee, you know softball isn’t just something she plays—it’s part of who she is. She competes with heart, leads by example, and lives by the values her family has instilled in her: Attitude. Energy. Effort. Impact. Those four words have helped shape not only the athlete she has become but also the young woman she is today.
