How I ended my night cause I didn't feel like cooking.Three meat ACP from a Mexican restaurant. Shrimp, Steak, Chicken are all my protein sources on top of a bed of rice. Not really counting protein for this meal. From my breakfast and Whey protein shakes before and after my workout, I got more then enough protein for yesterday this was just extra. πŸ’ͺπŸΏπŸ‹πŸΏβ€β™‚οΈ ✌🏿

My pre gym meal/Breakfast this morning a Whey Protein waffle (64g). Top with plant base 🧈 and honey🍯 not syrup. 2 Large Eggs and half of cup of egg whites scrambled with a lil sharp cheese (25g of protein). Leftover Teriyaki baked chicken breast from the night before (23g of protein). 112g of protein in my breakfast alone this morning. πŸ’ͺπŸΏπŸ‹πŸΏβ€β™‚οΈ ✌🏿
