There’s a moment that happens after sleep support.

It’s quiet.

The house is calm.
The monitor is still.

And for the first time in months… you exhale.
These screenshots?

They aren’t just about longer stretches.

They’re about:
• patience returning
• anxiety softening
• marriages feeling lighter
• mornings not starting in survival mode

Sleep changes the entire emotional climate of a home.

If you’re exhausted right now, I want you to know:
This is possible for you too.
You don’t have to keep running on empty.

To everyone who supported in 2025 - THANK YOU.

Gratitude feels too small for what’s in my heart today.

Thank you to every parent who has trusted me with their baby, their nights, their exhaustion, and their deep love.💕

Baby sleep is such a tender, vulnerable space, and being invited into it is something I hold with so much care and reverence.

This work is more than wake windows and routines. It’s about supporting tiny nervous systems, honoring each baby’s unique rhythm, and holding parents as they learn to trust themselves again.

It’s about restoring rest to families so they can show up with more presence, patience, and peace.💕

I truly believe that when babies are supported in their sleep, entire families begin to heal.
Rest creates ripples—into homes, relationships, and generations to come. Every message that says, “We’re finally sleeping,” or “I feel like myself again,” reminds me that this work is meaningful beyond words.

Thank you for trusting me to walk alongside you. Making this kind of impact is a gift, and I’m endlessly grateful to do work that feels aligned, purposeful, and guided by something greater than me.

Here’s to more rest, softer nights, and brighter days ahead. 🌙✨

✨ Why IS TOG rating important?

Babies cannot regulate their body temperature effectively and may lose heat quickly, making it crucial to maintain an optimal sleeping environment. Overheating is a recognized risk factor for infants, so choosing the right TOG-rated sleep products is essential to prevent overheating and ensure their safety.
Consider the season and the room temperature when selecting a sleep sack. It should help regulate your baby’s body temperature, providing comfort while keeping them safe during sleep.

✨ When is it time to transition to a sleep sack?

As soon as your baby starts showing any signs of rolling, swaddling should be discontinued. It is the the perfect time to introduce the sleep sack aka wearable blanket.

✨ How do I pick the right sleep sack?

Lightweight - 0.5 TOG, best for room temperatures 74° - 78° F
Seasonless - 1.5 TOG, best for room temperatures 68° - 74° F
Winter Weight - 2.5 TOG, best for room temperatures 61º - 67º F

✨How can I tell if my baby is TOO WARM?

Here are some ways to recognize if a baby is too warm in their sleep sack:

- Sweating: Check your baby’s neck, back, or hairline for signs of sweat. Dampness is a clear indicator of overheating.
- Warm or flushed skin: If their chest, back, or face feels unusually warm to the touch or looks red, they may be too warm.
- Fast breathing or restlessness: Overheating can make a baby breathe faster or seem unusually fussy during sleep.
- Hot extremities: If your baby’s hands and feet are excessively warm, it could mean they’re too hot.
