Distributing Clif Bar products post-race at the Blackwater Duathlon in Cambridge, MD this weekend, which was the USAT Long-Course National Championship. The Chocolate Peanut Butter and Chocolate Mint Builder's Bars were a particular hit with athletes after the race!

Had a great race this weekend at the Blackwater Duathlon--USAT Long-Course Duathlon National Championship! Came in 15th in my age, which qualifies me for Team USA and the World Long-Course Duathlon Championship in Zofingen, Switzerland. Much thanks and love to my wife and daughter who cheered me on and gave me the strength to push through the wind and heat!
