A hectic week in the life of a 🎾 content creator during US Open Fan Week 😵‍💫⠀

I’m still recovering, but here’s a photo dump of mostly everything I got up to in NYC last week:⠀

➡️ US Open, including the Federer exhibition + Mixed Doubles Final⠀

➡️ Taste of Tennis to wrap up the week⠀

It was VERY busy and definitely exhausting, but honestly it’s a privilege to experience all of this during one of the most exciting times of the year for US tennis fans.⠀

Completed ✅: My first live presentation on social media content creation!⠀

Huge thank you to USTA Coaching for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to share what I’ve learned from 23 years of creating on social media with coaches at the inaugural Coaches Open.⠀
⠀
I’ll be honest, I was nervous that I wouldn’t have many people show up….so seeing a full room of engaged coaches was an incredible feeling. 🙏⠀

I hope more coaches feel encouraged to put themselves out there and start creating, because I truly believe their voices can help grow the sport by introducing more people to tennis.⠀

And thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey! I hope I can continue inspiring others to create, share their passion, and make meaningful connections along the way ❤️🎾⠀

What’s the main reason why you want stronger shoulders? ⠀
⠀
Shoulder training can help with a few things, but while a lot of tennis players think hitting harder is the main reason there are other benefits that are more important. Examples include building shoulder endurance and stability, and while it can’t guarantee you’ll avoid injuries having a shoulder that’s better prepared to handle the demands of tennis is certainly a good thing!⠀
