Most importantly, it will improve your mental health, there is no age limit. I play with and have taught an 82-year woman. No Paddle or balls needed.

It’s a sad day for me. One of my idols has passed away. The first time I heard Jane Goodall speak,she started her talk with a scream, which was actually an impression of a chimpanzee. (I won’t tell you what I thought at that moment about her.)
I actually got to meet her after that talk, and I was starstruck and I think she sense that. She took one of her books autographed it for me and handed it to me when I tried to pay for it. She said it’s a gift from me to you.
That was the first time out of about six times that I met her. She never forgot me, she was delighted as she learned of my children, and she was just a wonderful person with the strength of an army.
While I’m sad over her passing, there is a little doubt in my mind, she is surrounded by the animals that she saved that predeceased her. She was one of a kind. i’ll miss know she is no longer alive.
