Oh my gosh, it's like Christmas for me to get not only an awesome photo but a most touching review from last week's couple. It truly makes my day. Sweet words from the parents are always the most special to me. Just got this email. "You married my daughter. I just wanted to write and thank you for the outstanding job you did with the ceremony. I was a giant blubbering puddle for most of the wedding (I was literally overjoyed) and your words made it even harder not to cry! It was very special and meaningful to all of us in the family." 💘🥰

Happy 4th anniversary to my dear friend Beth and her hubby Hank, married at Compassionate Expressions Mountain Inn in Asheville on a beautiful spring day. They married under this gorgeous arbor Hank made just for the occasion, surrounded by family and friends. We started and ended the ceremony by striking the prayer bowl, I read the Buddhist Wedding Prayer and there were a lot of laughs along the way as I shared their love story. It was so good to come full circle with this friend I'd known a very long time and be part of her most special day. Blessings to you both today and every day! Last night while meeting with a couple they asked me how many ceremonies I have done. I hadn't counted them up in quite some time so I guessed somewhere between 300-400. Ever the curious individual, I just counted them up and as of right now, I have performed 406 ceremonies! What an amazing journey this has been and how very grateful I am to be living it, grateful for all the lovely folks I've had the pleasure of knowing along the way. Grateful for this sunshiny blue sky day and the possibilities of what today will bring. If I had the honor of marrying you, consider yourself hugged {💗}

I'm always so flattered when couples take the time to write a review after the ceremony. I know their lives are busy and it means a lot to me that they take the time. I was especially impressed when Becca, who lives in Pennsylvania, ended up not hiring me, but still took the time to write me an unsolicited review. That really means a lot to me.

"We planned on doing an elopement in the great state of CA and spoke with Cindie about officiating our wedding. We decided it would be best to do our wedding in our home state but I wanted to leave this review because she was so warm and kind during our interactions. She was open and willing to help with different arrangements. If it was cost effective to fly her out to PA we would!"

Wow, what a wonderful year of Celebrations of so many life passages. I feel so amazingly blessed and privileged to be part of the life stories of so many people. Once again, my year was filled with many wedding celebrations, many of them elopements, in my favorite place - Yosemite...

Happy 2 year anniversary to Nikki and Jimmy, married at Mt. Palomar Winery down in Temecula. It was a fun day for me, as well as adventurous! I flew in that morning and then back out. But hey, 2 years before I had married Jimmy's brother and when it's family, you make the sacrifices. It was a beautiful ceremony site and I absolutely loved seeing the family again.
