Live, Love, & Light, Co. was born out of a long health and healing journey! My purpose is to help people live abundant lives and spread love and light to the people around them. ✨

MONDAY Motivation, Meal Prep, and More Mountains to conquer!!! 🥘😁💪🏻⛰🙌🏻

Its never easy to be disciplined in any area of life...but it’s always worth it!

Hubby and I are far from perfect eaters, but we are sure putting in the effort this week! Threw some meat on the grill last night, cooked some brown rice, steamed broccoli, and zoodles! 😋💪🏻

Bring on the busy schedule - our food is ready to grab & go! Feels so good to have a plan!

I’d really like to forget the month of April all together, and just move forward!

So I did!

I jumped back in where I left off!

This is what real life looks like. 🤪

We weren’t expecting 3 boys to contract the stomach virus all at different times (lasting 5-6 days each!) and lucky me ☺️... they decided to share, and it literally took 2 weeks to fully recover!

So, when life throws you lemons 🍋, you make lemonade!

New month coming, new goals, and today I hit the reset button! Feels so good to exercise again - and make it part of my daily routine!
