Despite a long rain delay, our 12U Elite boys battled hard yesterday, left everything they had on the field, and teams we faced at the SlumpBuster Tournament complimented the boys and their attitudes and effort.

Over four games, the Hitmen scored 39 runs, allowed just 15, and finished with a 3-1 record. Our only loss came against a Majors-level team from Texas. While that loss was tough in many ways, finishing 5th out of 68 teams from across the country is an accomplishment that both the players and coaches should be incredibly proud of!

What makes this group special goes far beyond wins and losses. These boys—and their coaches—consistently show respect, sportsmanship, and a relentless work ethic. Unfortunately, those qualities aren't always a given in youth sports today, which makes this team even more remarkable.

Way to go, Hitmen! Hold your heads high and be proud of what you've accomplished. The future is bright! ⚾️❤️
