When's the last time you felt like yourself?

I used to ask myself this question daily and wondered how I could fall so far from my former self in such a short amount of time.

I never meant to stop, life just got busy. I graduated, started working, got married, bought a house, had a kid and in the blink of an eye, 10 years had passed and I felt like a lesser version of my former self.

I went from the college athlete that felt unstoppable to the new dad whose back was on fire after changing a diaper.

If this, or some version of this sounds familiar, then I built Rove for you.

You work hard to show up everyday even when life gets busy and the responsibilities keep piling up.

You deserve someone who will show up for you the way you show up for everyone else in your life.

That's the coach I am.

I understand what you want to get back to doing and can help navigate the path to get there. That a plan needs to respect the life you have, not the life you had 10 years ago.

I understand that sometimes you just need someone to eliminate the constant decision making and just tell you what to do and hold you to it.

If this sounds like the type of support you've been looking for, stick around.

I built this for you.

Ever wake up and the room is spinning?

This happened to me yesterday, most commonly we call this vertigo.

Now vertigo is a huge topic and can happen for a wide variety of reasons, so before you go listening to some dude on the Internet, go find a provider you trust and go from there.

In general, your inner ear helps with balance. Inside it are tiny, fluid-filled tubes and small sensors that tell your brain which way your head is moving. Your brain combines this information with what your eyes see and what your body feels.

If the inner ear sends your brain the wrong information about movement, it can conflict with what your eyes are seeing. Your brain basically gets two different messages about where you are in space. That confusion can make you feel like you are spinning, off balance, or unsteady. It can also cause nausea.

Epley maneuver helps with a common type of vertigo where the tiny crystals in the inner ear move into the wrong spot. The maneuver uses a series of head movements to guide those crystals back where they belong, so they stop sending confusing balance signals to your brain.

Generally this is a safe maneuver and can help the room to stop spinning, though your mileage may vary.
