🎣 The “She Will Say Yes” Smoked Salmon. ❤️

Fresh Lake Ontario salmon, smoked at home and piled high on an olive oil & rosemary bagel from Balsam Bagels, with cream cheese, local tomatoes and onions from G and S Orchards, and capers.

Catch it. Smoke it. Make the sandwich.
Apparently, propose afterward. 😂❤️

We had the opportunity to step inside “The Lure Lab” with current owner Pete D’Urso to learn the incredible history behind one of America’s oldest fishing lure companies, how these legendary spoons were originally created from silver teaspoons, and why anglers still trust them today over 145 years later.
