Nkugwa Team Impact is a Rochester-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit empowering youth through sports & mentorship. ⚽🏀 We build champions on & off the field and court with teamwork, confidence & leadership. Mission Statement:

Nkugwa Team Impact works with organizations to provide boys and girls of all backgrounds with opportunities to succeed in sports environments, where they can build their confidence,

develop their character, and acquire the skills needed to achieve their fullest potential in becoming productive, community minded, responsible adults. Special focus will be on providing support to Ugandan youth, who typically reside in villages, where sports facilities, equipment, and education is in short supply.

Nkugwa Team Impact is proud to partner with R-SPORTS to offer a fun soccer program for boys ages 5–8! This is all about building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game, no experience needed.
