MAT RATS REBOOTED AT AZTEC WARRIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS: The mats at the RMN Aztec Warrior Championships were set ablaze this past weekend as Mat Rats Rebooted made a statement in Farmington, New Mexico. Led by powerhouse performances from Hayden Templeton and Jaxon Martinez, the team proved that their "reboot" is less of a restart and more of a takeover.

Templeton’s Technical Masterclass: In the Rookie 8U 46 and 8U 46 divisions, Hayden Templeton was nothing short of a hurricane. Templeton walked away with two championship titles and a flawless 6-0 record. His dominance was clinical, ending five of his six matches by way of pinfall. Even when he couldn’t find the fall, Templeton stayed aggressive, securing a Technical Fall to round out a weekend of total control at the top of the podium.

Martinez Rules the 58lb Divisions: Jaxon Martinez mirrored that excellence in the 7U and 8U 58lb brackets. Navigating a grueling eight-match schedule, Martinez remained untouched. With a perfect 8-0 record, he combined raw power with tactical ex*****on, racking up four pins and a Major Decision. By the time the final whistle blew on April 18, Martinez had secured double-gold status, marking a massive weekend for the Mat Rats’ program.
