Tonight is the night 😭 Trap and Tone will be finishing our final 8 week camp for the warm season and seeing you all this upcoming fall!

It’s been a great run, it’s actually almost been a year straight of hard work and consistency with and 🔥

We truly appreciate you all for riding with us all the way through and we expect to bring you guys more and more this upcoming fall with us officially being an LLC 😉

Tuesday we started our 8 week camp with Upper body (shoulders, arms, chest & back) lead by and I tell you I’m still sore 🔥😮‍💨

Thursday we will end our first week with leading our lower body Thursdays and you don’t want to miss out on this! 🔥
